Beth & Andrew are graciously hosting a Sunday get-together at their house on Long Lake in Portage this Sunday, July 24th, 2-7pm. If you like water activities, they have a speed boat for tubing & skiing, a pontoon boat, pedalboat, paddleboard, sailboat, and a couple of kayaks! If you have your own kayak or other fun water toys, feel free to bring them too. Don't forget the beer! Bring some homebrew and a dish or snacks to share. We'll be providing some brats for the grill as well.

Our June Meeting is coming up on June 20th, 7pm. This month we're featuring a Style Presentation on Gose! Learn about the history of Gose, how to brew them, and we'll have some commercial examples to taste as well. Join us at Final Gravity Downtown, and learn more about this sour, salty, light, easy drinking beer. It's the perfect beer for Summer!

Bar Night at Handmap Brewing - Wednesday, May 18th, 6:30-9pm
It's April, and time for a little Spring cleaning! We'll have our annual Equipment Swap/Sale on April 18th, 7pm at Final Gravity - Downtown Kalamazoo. Now is a great time to dust off the old brewing equipment you don't use anymore and maybe make a few bucks selling it to someone who could give it a good home! If you've upgraded your brew rig, or just have too many corney kegs, this meeting is the perfect time to unload it all. Trade equipment with other home brewers, or buy some new-to-you items. Bring some cash, as not everyone may have Venmo for transactions.
The Great Taste of the Midwest Beer festival is back, and they are offering our club a change to purchase tickets to the event ahead of time, before they are released into the ticket lottery. The beer festival is on August 13th in Madison WI. More info can be found here: https://greattaste.org/
