We will have an open talk about tips and tricks for everyone's brewing day, from time saving tips, packaging tips, and how to potentially correct any mistakes.
If you have helpful tips for others, please feel free to share them. If you are looking for tips or suggestions, please attend.
As we had some confusion last month and didn't do the Irish Stout tasting, we are doing it this month. We will meet at Brewery Outré (567 E Ransom St, Kalamazoo, MI 49007) on Monday, May 19 at 7:00 PM.
The style shall be Dry Irish Stout, so bring one if you have them. The club will provide some examples as well.
As always, anyone can purchase a new membership or renew an existing one. Bring friends who may be interested, also bring homebrew to share!

There's something different for this month; our officers, Bryon, Geoff, and Jason realizing they each brew on a different style of system thought it be fun to do a bit of a show and tell for the club.
Bryon will be discussing his brew in a bag (BIAB) method, Jason on his electric brew rig, and Geoff on his more traditional 3-vessel brew rig. They will also have a short time for Q&A.
