Big Brew '09 at Bell's

As many of you may aware, May 2nd is National Homebrew Day. The main element of this event is of course Big Brew: a chance for fellow homebrewers to brew together, share their expertise and celebrate all things beer. This year will be no exception. We at KLOB are happy to announce we will be partnering with our good friends at the Bell's General Store to host yet another fun-filled day of homebrewing at their location in downtown Kalamazoo.

So mark your calendars, take a look at this year's recipes and get ready for what should be an enjoyable day dedicated to homebrewing. Friends and family are invited and we are hoping for a good turn-out. If you are planning on brewing, please contact Chris E so we can get a number on how many set ups to expect. We will let the brewers start to set up around 11am with the goal and having many of the brew rigs going by noon.  Be looking for more details as the day approaches on both our website and at the April 20th monthly meeting.
