Should you go LODO?

Jason Glatz will give an overview of low dissolved oxygen brewing techniques and provide samples of the same recipe brewed with and without the LODO method.

The 28th Klob Roast will be held on September 7th at Markin Glen Park (5300 North Westnedge Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49004) at the Tyler Shelter.
Event hours are 12:00pm to 7:00pm with food being served around 2:00pm. Bringing homebrew to share is encouraged. Ticket price is yet to be determined.
Friends and family are welcomed to attend as well.

If you have an talent with artwork, we are accepting submissions for the glassware artwork this year. Please submit your submission to bvlier@gmail.com with the subject "Klob Roast Art" no later than July 8th. The chosen artwork will be announced at the July 15th meeting.
The artwork must be vectored and in EPS format in order for the glassware printer to accept it.

Brewery Tour
Our July 15th meeting will be held at Final Gravity Brewing Company (103 N Phelps St, Decatur, MI 49045) at 7:00pm. We be given a tour of the production facility and beer will be available.
