Join us at Final Gravity on Monday, November 21st, 7pm, for our monthly meeting. Try these 5 different flavors: Butyric acid, ethyl acetate, isoamyl acetate, barnyard, and geraniol. Sample these compounds in a neutral beer, and see if you can detect the flavor and aromas of each.
