Tasting/Pairing Event at 418 Restaurant

Tasting/Pairing Event at 418 Restaurant, 418 E. Walnut Street.  March 29th. Stop in anytime-4:30-6:30pm. $5/person. 

We're excited to extend an invite to join your KLOB cohorts for an exclusive chance to sample beers created by KVCC's sustainable brewing program students paired with a smorgasbord of nibbles from students studying in KVCC's culinary program!

This event will be similar to the $5 Tuesday flights and bites program KVCC had offered in previous semesters, which is on pause until fall due to pandemic precautions ... but with a big VIP difference -- instead of $5 getting you three 5 oz pours with tapas-sized food pairings, at this event you'll receive 2 tickets for 12 oz beers and enjoy unlimited bite-sized treats designed to pair wonderfully with beer.

Last month's offerings included mini creme brulees and a half-dozen other dessert treats, charcuterie-sticks and pickled veggies, mini entrees, and lots of traditional tapas served on crostini, ranging from whipped goat cheese with dill to chicken salad bites. It's a LOT of delicious bang for your buck, plus the opportunity to chat with culinary and beer program staff and students. It is very important that we give the folks who've generously extended this invite to us an accurate head count, so please be sure to click GOING if you're attending, and change your status if something comes up.
