Our monthly meeting will be Monday, April 15th, 7pm at Boatyard Brewery. The topic this month will be "Building your own Keggerator" by Bryon Vlier. Ever wanted to convert an old fridge or chest freezer into a keggerator? Come see how it's done and how much it will cost to complete. 

Great Taste of the Midwest Tickets

Once again, the Madison Tasters Guild has offered us 25 tickets to this year's Great Taste of the Midwest beer fest! If you would like to go to GTMW, you can sign up for tickets at the April meeting.  Cost is $60/ticket. The event is Aug. 10th in Madison WI.  Info: https://greattaste.org/

Big Brew - May 4th, 11am-6pm.  @ Boatyard Brewery.

Come brew with us at Boatyard Brewery for Big Brew 2019!  What is Big Brew? In 1988, May 7 was announced before Congress as National Homebrew Day. The American Homebrewers Association (AHA) created AHA Big Brew as an annual event to celebrate National Homebrew Day around the world. AHA Big Brew is held each year on the first Saturday in May. Just a fun reason to get a bunch of homebrewers together and brew a ton of beer!

Bring all of your own equipment & ingredients you need to brew. We do have about 3lbs of Cascade hops available that day for whoever wants them. Electric & water provided, but bring hoses, cords etc... You can brew the official Big Brew recipes, or make your own. Event will be held outside, so plan for the weather accordingly. We'll provide some food & snacks. Even if you don't plan on brewing, you can still stop by to say hi and have a pint or six! Open to the public, invite your friends!
