Greetings Klobbers, We have our monthly meeting coming up on Feb. 18th, 7pm at Boatyard Brewery.  This meeting we will be talking about Michigan beer ingredients. KLOB welcomes Steve "Bert" Berthel, a champion for brewing with Michigan ingredients. He will be discussing brewing with Michigan Ingredients and how to obtain them. Steve represents Empire Malting Company, Craft Cultures Yeast Labs, LLC, and United Hops Brokerage.
