AUGUST MEETING - Monday, Aug.15th, 7pm @ Boatyard Brewery
Our monthly meeting is coming up! Join us at Boatyard Brewery, August 15th at 7pm. This month's topic will be Cooking with Beer/Food Pairings! Learn what beers to pair with your meals, how to incorpoarate beer into your recipes, plus we will have some tasty samples for you to enjoy!
KLOB ROAST - Saturday, Aug. 20th, 11am-8pm @ Coldbrook Park
The 2016 KLOB Roast is fast approaching! If you don't have your tickets yet, you may purchase them at the August meeting. They are also available for purchase at Tempo Vino Winery, 260 E. Michigan ave. downtown, and also online at our Roast webpage here: KLOB ROAST.
KLOB Roast is our annual all-day cook-out & beerfest. KLOB supplies the food, you bring the beer and cheer! Cost is $25/person. This price covers entry into the park, a commemorative Roast pint glass, and all the food you can eat: this year's caterer is Big Moe's BBQ! Roast will be at Coldbrook Park in the picnic shelter. Family and friends are welcome to attend, they don't have to be members.
BELL'S HOMEBREW COMPETITION & EXPO - Saturday, Sept. 10th, 11am @ Bell's

FURNACE FEST - Friday, Sept. 23rd, 6pm @ Boatyard Brewery
Again this year will be the official release of “Gimme Shelter”, a Scottish Ale brewed by Boatyard Brewing Co. For the first time, it will be available for purchase in four-packs of cans for a limited time exclusively at Boatyard Brewing Co., with proceeds supporting Community Homeworks programs. Community Homeworks provides whole house weatherization, critical home repairs, and home maintenance education to low-income homeowners in Kalamazoo County. The purpose of the event is to raise funds and raise awareness for the work they do toward our vision of a community transformed by thriving families in sustainable homes.
