We want to remind everyone that we are hosting at Learn to Homebrew event at Boatyard Brewing Company this Saturday, November 1st.  We have adjusted our start time to 10am so that our all-grain brewers can get started and wrap up by a decent time.

If you're not already aware, every year the American Homebrewers Association encourages clubs and other organizations to host events in their communities that showcase the process and result of homebrewing.  This effort has grown into the annual Learn to Homebrew Day.  If you are interested in helping out by brewing or organizing, please contact us.  This is a great opportunity to introduce your friends, family and co-workers to the world of homebrewing!

To make this event a success, we need to get a good turn-out of people looking to learn about beer and homebrewing.  We are trying to spread the word through social media so if you can take a moment to share our Facebook event and Twitter post, that will help get a good sized crowd.
