Iron Brewer 2012
Our friends at the Red Ledge Brewers homebrew club in Grand Ledge are hosting their annual Iron Brewer competition on October 20th. The premise is a lot like the TV show Iron Chef where you receive a secret, mystery ingredient the day of the competition and have to find a way to incorporate it into your recipe.
