It's that time of year! Colder weather, crowded malls and the KLOB Holiday Party! Those of you who attended the November meeting heard the announcement that this year's theme is Baltric Porters and Imperial Stouts. The club has purchased a number of highly rated commercial examples for everyone to enjoy. The presentation will be very loose as this is more a social gathering and a time to share good beer with our friends.

The date for the holiday party is officially Monday, December 20th. This is the normal 3rd Monday of the month as our regular meetings. The location will be different than our regular meetings. We will be instead meeting at the home of Bryan Jennings, owner of Q-It-Up catering company who provide the dinners at our KLOB Roasts. His address is 4454 Olde Forest DR., Kalamazoo. Olde Forest Drive is on the south side of Stadium / Red Arrow, just past the intersection of Stadium Dr. & 4th St.

There will be limited seating so we recommend bringing a chair if you need one. The club will provide a few snacks but we encourage bringing a dish or other goodies to share with the group. Since we will be at a private residence, you can bring your homebrew if you so choose. Between the heavy beers and homebrew, we please ask that you do so partake responsibly and make any necessary plans for a designated driver.
